This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on a Cricket Knowledge Hub subscription, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.
Because Cricket Knowledge Hub provides access to digital content that is made available immediately upon payment, our refund terms are more limited than for physical goods. By subscribing, you acknowledge that content access begins immediately and understand the refund terms set out in this policy.
This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased directly through cricketknowledgehub.com. If you purchased through a third-party platform or payment intermediary, their terms may apply.
Monthly subscriptions are billed once per month. Access to all subscriber content is granted immediately when payment is confirmed.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the My Profile page under Subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to all content until that date.
Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the current month. It simply prevents the next monthly charge from being made.
If your subscription renews on the 10th of each month and you cancel on the 18th, you will retain access until the 9th of the following month. No charge will be made on the 10th. No refund will be issued for the days between the 18th and the 9th.
Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single payment of ₹999. Access to all subscriber content is granted immediately when payment is confirmed.
To be eligible for a refund on a yearly plan, both of the following must be true:
If either condition is not met, a refund will not be issued.
The 7-day refund window applies only to the initial purchase of a yearly subscription. It does not apply to automatic annual renewals. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
If you cancel a yearly subscription outside the 7-day refund window, or after accessing content, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual period. No refund will be issued for the remaining months.

In all eligible cases, the refund will be the full amount paid, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider that cannot be recovered.

Once a refund is approved, we initiate the return to your original payment method. Timelines depend on your payment method:
These timelines are outside our control once the refund has been initiated — they depend on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the approval date, please contact us and we will follow up with our payment provider.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different account or method.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the platform is completely inaccessible for a continuous period of 72 hours or more due to a fault on our side (not due to your internet connection, device or browser), you may be eligible for a partial credit or refund for the affected period. These cases are reviewed individually.
Planned maintenance, brief outages and issues caused by factors outside our control (such as third-party infrastructure failures) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
The refund terms that apply to a given payment are the terms in effect at the time that payment was made.
